SCAM - Return Policies and Headaches when returning a air purifer

Please, and I mean this, always read the entire return policy, and its fine print if you are close to buying.
Because, if you don't like it you need to know if you can return it for any reason and their policies for those reasons. Is it a 60 day trial or a 60 day return policy as long as you have the original box with a 20% restocking fee. Who pays the shipping back to the company if something was wrong. A big air purifier that's heavy can be costly for the consumer. If you can return it, do you get a credit or a money back refund?
If you used it and it is used looking, do they deduct more from your refund?

If a air purifier company is legit, they don't get upset when you want to return something, as long as you didn't damage it. But, even with legit companies, you should still read the return policy first and not just go by the person who takes your order when they say, "oh.. we have a 60 day return policy". If you do not ask to see the return policy and leave it open ended like that, then don't bitch when you read the fine print when you want to return it. You don't want to run into problems when you want to return it if you are not happy with your air purifier.

Please know your RETURN POLICY, BEFORE you make your purchase.
